Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy for PonyPalki.com services is designed to be fair while covering operational and administrative expenses.
Cancellation Timeline & Refund Eligibility:
- 0–30 Days Before Yatra Date: No refund on cancellation of booking.
- 31–365 Days Before Yatra Date: Full refund will be provided after deducting ₹2,000 per person as administrative charges.
Refund Processing:
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original mode of payment.
How to Cancel:
Please email your cancellation request to ponypalki@gmail.com with the following details:
- Booking ID
- Name of the person who made the booking
- Yatra dates
- Payment transaction details
